Designed for Students and English Schools:
The series has been designed with both students and English schools in mind helping students to learn but also assisting schools to better manage classes, schedules, and new students joining classes during a school year.
The books are designed to be used by kindergarten children aged from grade 1 (nensho) through to grade 3 (nencho). We recommend all classes using the same book per school year (for example, this year all classes using the Orange Book). This allows students in a school to change classes/times/days seamlessly without encountering problems of other classes using a different book.
Phonics, colors, and numbers, the fundamentals of a kindergarten curriculum, are constantly recycled throughout the three books in the series. This ensures that students joining classes mid-year have the opportunity to catch up on these key fundamentals that parents expect their children to know when attending English classes. It also allows schools to place new students in classes at any time during the school year.
Fundamentals Constantly Recycled
The course is a cyclical syllabus, with fundamentals of English for children of this age (such as colors, numbers, phonics, feelings, etc.) being constantly recycled and reviewed throughout the three books. This is to allow children to have many opportunities to encounter, learn, review and retain these key fundamentals. Additionally, this system of learning allows teachers and schools to add new students to classes at any time of the school year without these new students missing the fundamental targets of the course.
Christmas & Halloween Units in Each Book
Each book contains a Christmas and Halloween unit full of great songs, videos, chants, stories, activities, and much more, making Christmas and Halloween content easy and organized for schools and teachers.
Downloadable Teachers’ Support Materials
Lots of free downloadable teachers’ support materials available including flash cards, student cards, audio files (for teachers who prefer to use audio offline), digital story books, incentive pads, and much more. Download support materials here.

I used The Monkey and The Turtle as a guest teacher today. The children so loved the story. They loved the bugs, the snakes, the butterflies, the color, the counting and everything in-between. They also raced to answer the Q & A on every page....

I used the song "It's a Big Bus" with my 3 1/2 to 4 year olds. It's great! Apart from loving it, the following week when we revised it, they could remember all the sounds of the vehicles and actions we did to go with the song. Thanks!...
